Who runs the company, how it is organised, and what it stands for.
Timmermans & Poser is a general partnership under Dutch law, established in Maastricht. The company is run by its two partners, Max Timmermans and Jonas Poser. Under this legal form both partners are jointly and severally liable for the obligations of the company; there is therefore no limited liability towards our suppliers.
Our activities are confined to trade in IT hardware. We source components, storage media, networking and peripheral equipment from authorised distributors and supply them to end customers in the Netherlands. We do not develop products of our own, we do not carry an own brand, and we do not act as an agent or intermediary for third parties. Our margin derives from purchasing and logistics, not from services or resale into the trade.
Responsibilities are clearly divided. Max Timmermans is responsible for the warehouse, goods receipt and dispatch. Jonas Poser is responsible for purchasing, administration and finance. Both partners are reachable directly at their own email address and on the company telephone number.
The company was recently entered in the Commercial Register and therefore does not yet have a long-standing reference record. What we can produce is our registration with the Commercial Register and the tax authorities, the documentation of our supply chain, and our method of working: new goods in original packaging, purchasing through authorised channels, our own stock, our own dispatch, and payment in advance to our suppliers.
What we stand for
- Traceable origin
Every article we sell was purchased through an authorised channel and can be traced with an invoice. We retain that documentation and produce it on request.
- Our own chain
Own stock, own packing and own dispatch. Because we assemble every consignment ourselves, the condition of the article at the moment of dispatch is known to us.
- Keeping to agreements
We pay for our purchases in advance and do not enter into obligations we cannot cover from current funds.
